The only bad thing is being charged per 1,000 SKU's restricts you wanting to put too much on there, possibly restricting sales.
The website was very easy to set up and use. It was also very responsive, robust, and secure.
Only negative we had from a customer point of view would be “quick order” as it’s still slower than uploading a system generated CSV or Excel file.

We are a company that primarily focuses on hemp extracts in the alternative medicine industry. Our rating for B2B Wave is five stars. Prior to B2B Wave, we really weren't using many tools that were allowing our customers to own the ability to really see our catalog and convert online. B2B Wave really was able to bridge that gap for us and allow that buying power to lie with our customers. Being able to give that power to our customers allowed for our sales reps to better present our entire catalog and any new items that we've been releasing, as well as allowing for a full description and the ability for the customer to really see build a cart and then convert online. B2B Wave was really an appetizing option for us given the ease of use, both from the front end for the customers, but as well as the back end and the configuration standpoint. They offer a quick and easy tool, but it also very... Complex enough that we were able to configure quite a few features that we didn't have access to before allowing us to bring data to the forefront of our business. Onboarding and integrating with B2B Wave was very seamless for us. They have many native integrations that aligned with what our business was using and is using currently. So, being able to have these native integrations allowed for us not only, again, to put that buying power in our customer's hands, but also allowing us to get the associated data over to our warehouse, as well as getting it over to our accounting team and ensuring that there was a streamlined automation of the entire purchasing process. B2B Wave is absolutely worth looking at for a solution if you want to bring buying power to your customers. It's allowed our team to get time back in the day by allowing our customers to actually take charge in that purchasing process. So, by utilizing B2B Wave and by onboarding with them... Their team is phenomenal, to say the very least, and they're very attentive to detail. I've never had a question really go unanswered, and any time we are looking to do something that maybe they don't do as of current, they're very open to building that out in their product roadmap.
