Purple Pass was even on-site day of the event and the representative were very professional, helpful and friendly. Successful Event; extremely pleased with Purple Pass and their team.
Perhaps this is due to our website software - WIX- but that was slightly annoying for our users.
I liked how it was easy to upload photos/videos and and a description to your event page. They also had great customization features that you can do with your event.
I really don't have any complaints or unhappiness with Purple Pass. We have used other providers in the past, but are unlikely to change.
Help line supports the magnificent features of the website; namely, video/ audio great/ ticket management charts magnificent also.
I found the "promoter site" portion of the software to be very convoluted and confusing. It's not at all easy or intuitive to try to follow or to find things.
The customer service is outstanding on all three levels: 1 As the administrator, I have great access to support and both questions and issues are handled quickly.
Purple Pass Techs were there to solve problems. None of which were caused by their hardware or software setup.

The only issue I have ever had with Ludus is that sometimes figuring out how to do something can be a bit confusing.
The opposite is true of Ludus.com. Features are continually being added and the customer service is simply amazing, often taking only minutes for a helpful response.
Questions are usually answered within a half-hour during business hours. When I'm struggling, someone takes the time to walk me through what needs to be done.
The ability to livestream through Anywhere Seat was also extremely helpful last year. Customer service is always amazing - fast and helpful.
There are just a few things that are hard to find or may not be an intuitive as it could be.
If I had questions I had them answered nearly immediately or as close to that as possible. The associates are kind, care about the programs, and truly want to help their patrons.
This is by no means a deal breaker for me. The reporting features are a little clunky and while they do offer a lot of customization there are still a few reports that don't exist.
