Picreel could be a lot better. The user interface is awful, but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic customer service - very responsive to any need. We had a couple of issues which have been solved pretty smoothly thanks to them.

Expensive and sometimes reports can have data missing. Could be user error though.

Very limited date range (2 weeks) for user flows. Dashboard feature isn't able to accommodate all of the reports that I have.

Overall, I have been very happy with my experience using Mixpanel. The ease of setup and powerful analytics have been invaluable to me in understanding my user base and making better decisions.

Duration tracking is a bit wrong sometimes on iOS. The panel sometimes has delays but I guess it's normal.

Amazing funnels, multichannel attribution, ease of use and customization. Mixpanel offers the next step from traditional analytics services like GA4.

No advanced feature for email tracking, which adds the need of other tools for more detailed marketing campaigns.
