I like the simplicity of the product. I also love that it is a multi-store product, so all six of our stores can be logged in and checking out customers at once.
Also there have been a few outages in service (very few but still a scary situation).
This software has excellent reporting and fantastic support. I wish I had found it when I first opened my shop.
Customer service agents sometimes struggle to understand problems of a more technical nature.

The product does not work well with one drive. CSV import should be available for all menus.
Only trialing but feels stable and reliable which for me is really important. For inventory gives more information and flexibility than most similar sized products around.
It cannot support QB desktop. And we are suffering for this reason.
