Multi-store, multi-channel retailers who need to service every customer the same way, no matter how or where they shop.
Nova was designed by retailers, for retailers which means that we get it. Nova is the only POS on the market that has been created specifically to increase your bottom line.
It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
Also there have been a few outages in service (very few but still a scary situation).
I like the simplicity of the product. I also love that it is a multi-store product, so all six of our stores can be logged in and checking out customers at once.
Customer service agents sometimes struggle to understand problems of a more technical nature.
Love the simplicity and the ease of use of all the entire system and its features. Been a customer for just over a year and we've only had awesome experience with it.
We were terrified of changing POS systems in September right before the holidays. It just didn't seem conceivable to me that I could make the switch to making sales within our 30 day window.
I also have been consistently impressed by the support team - any time I have a question, the team is available to answer my questions - and always with a friendly and helpful attitude.
I tried of few of the first of the cloud based solutions, which were problemed with small companies who grew too fast and again terrible customer service.
He's extremely professional and nano-second responsive in every interaction. We've even worked on a chronic issue where I learned that his perseverance and patience are also outstanding.
Not working on a mac / cloud. Inventory control is bad.
Best experience ever, it actually helped me sell more and it was fun to use.
The Nova POS is missing a few major qualities that are real downgrades for a POS system. The inventory control is one of the worst I have seen in a pos.
I like the vendor's loyalty. They are always there if I need anything.
Sometimes the program would fail and close by itself but I haven’t seen any that wouldn’t.
Good as a POS only, overall there are a lots cheaper and more integrated functions software to be consider. Take into account of control and protocol to help system work normally.
I dont like that I cannot pull reports when I need them.
