Lack of scheduling an employee(s) although there is a clock in/clock out feature. Lack of payroll integration, I have to use a separate program for payroll alone.

Pictures sometimes do not upload on the first time or sometimes fail to upload entirely. Some menus can be difficult to navigate.

The app does crash every once in a while when trying to upload photos to benchseets the screen will go all black and I have to force close and restart the app.

Hard to find material sometimes. Hit the check in or out and the submit button sometimes don’t respond and sits in loading.

There are some system functionalities that don’t follow suit from one area of the system to the next, but again, this is hardly a reason to dislike service box.
