I have been using Time Clock MTS for several years and am very happy with its performance. The capability to be able to broadcast messages to my employees is great.
The basic application is based on an Access database which leads to some unique networking problems. If the network is having trouble, it is possible to have data corruption.
This program is super easy to use as well as pulling payroll reports, entering and deactivating employees is quick. We love that we have found this program which we have used for about 3+ years now.
An issue that the customer service rep could have explained in less time than it took him to copy and paste the scripted message. What's worse, he actually included a scathing insult in the email.
The ease of the software is great! we love color coded employees, and its super easy to fix a missed punch.
