This is good software and there are so many features which are helpful to customer. Most useful is reporting.
From my point of view, I do not see any feature missing.
Very Good software tracks our Visitors and very easy to use. Also the issue call are promptly addressed and we are very happy with the services rendered.
Sometimes software tends to hang needing re-boots. Bugs can be annoying for stability.
Overall experience is good and amazing. Also many corporate make inquiry about the product when they visit our office.

It has lot of features which we can use for various purposes and the best part is that its user friendly which makes it easy to use.
It should explore the option for integration with the flap barrier.
