Creative agencies, media and entertainment, marketers, and design teams. Bluescape is for everyone, from independent content creators to large production crews and enterprise teams.
join.me is the simplest screen sharing & video conferencing solution for your business. Quick to join, use your personal link to start meetings. Great for 1:1 & team collaboration.
I love how I can post various file types in one visual place. It's flexibility is fantastic, especially if the user creates some kind of order/template to work within.
Every time I use it my computer freezes, if I click wrong while writing then all of my text disappears, the navigation menu is confusing, and to go to a single bluescape board it opens like 3 tabs.
The ability to video call with a shared whiteboard that all participants can contribute to at the same time, regardless of their hardware platform, is pretty amazing.
We just abandoned those features and use with Teams.
I love that Bluescape gives me a place to organize my ideas and sketches like a digital pinboard. I also love that I can present and collaborate remotely with other team members.
The inability to present presentations with animated gifs in the workspace and the webex integration hiccups we’ve run into.
Fantastic canvas that allows flexible curation and visualization of scientific data. Great for annotation, sharing with colleagues and presentation of data.
I personally have an older Mac computer and it often lags behind a bit moreso than other types of websites similar.
Meetings are easy to have and they are really amazing. I like Join.me because it is secure.
I slightly dislike that Join. Me host few participants in a single meeting compared to alternatives such as Zoom.
I love how easy it was to make a join me link and share with other attendees. Also the custom URL for meetings was great.
I have not yet discovered any troublesome issue apart from how it limit participants on a single conference compared to GTM.
First, the software makes video conferencing easy and comes with great remote support featuresIt makes collaboration effortless and using it is straightforwardLastly, I like that it's cost effective.
Join.me virtual meetings accommodates a limited number of attendees soo Incase you want a scaled events for lots of people I would advice you try Goto Webinar.
I have always had the best experience using Join. Me for online meetings and i have a lot of love for this product.
I don't like any online meeting tools that require you to download software to join, and this is no exception.
Grant: Hi, my name's Grant. I'm a financial advisor. I'm the only one in my business and I give join.me a three out of five. I actually wasn't using any similar tool to join.me before I started using it. The employer I was working for at the time was doing a lot of video calls, and this is the one that they recommended the entire team use. So I use join.me because it was really, really easy for clients to join. It doesn't have any kind of obscure name or anything like that. You literally just go to a website, join.me. You give them a code and they enter it and they can join a meeting. It's really just easy to think about and integrate in that way. You just say, "Hey, you're going to join me for a meeting, let's go to join.me." It's really easy to get started. Literally, yeah, join.me, you go to the website, it prompts you to enter the code to join the meeting. The only downside is if the person that you are having join the meeting doesn't already have the app, then they have to download it. At least that was the case when I was a user of join.me. I believe that now it can be web-based, but in terms of simplicity, it's really just that simple. When I was a solid user of join.me, they had a free plan, and that was really great because I wasn't having tons of meetings and it didn't really warrant paying a subscription. There is only a subscription option now, so you can't have a free plan if you just need to join meetings every now and again. It does have good security features if that is important to you, but honestly, if you're just looking for regular meetings, it doesn't really have anything that stands out. If you do need those extra features though, it does integrate with third party software and different tools as well. So it really just depends at the end of the day if those things are important to you or not.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
