Graduway vs Potentiality: Which is a better fit?

Quite hard to precisely know, which and how notifiactions will be sent, so sometimes you'll have to create a fake account, to actually see it.

I think that the benefits that I outlined in my previous submission best describe the best utilization of this software.

The UK searching fields by location are ridiculous - there are thousands of towns on there listed that I've never heard of - too many to make it of any use.

Ability to connect people themselves through the directory. Events capability and the new groups section are both terrific to use.

It is really frustrating to only have a few components on the homepage that can be edited and customized. It is very busy to look at visually and some features don't apply to us.

Excited to engage with our students and alumni both using the Graduway platform. We are only 3 weeks into the onboarding process and so far so good.

Inability of members to advertise or market their products or services on the platform. Homepage is too crowded.

Now that we have the platform we can use it for future campaigns and that is a win win for us. The team at Potentiality were endlessly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Some functions within the software are difficult to learn and use.

The more I use it, the more I understand it. The best thing about working in Potentiality is the excellent customer service.

We had a few small issues with the system lagging a little during the day, due to the volume of activity on it, but once this was addressed with Potentiality they fixed it immediately.

I've been very impressed overall with Potentiality and the customer service has been excellent. It is easy to use as someone who is very new to using a database now on a daily basis.

I have a lot more to learn about using all the different features Potentiality offers but so far there hasn't been anything that has been especially negative.

Aside from the superb customer support, Potentiality provides a great deal of functionality - most of which is intuitive and easy to set up.

Because it is so customizable and every interaction is trackable, the potential (no pun intended) can be a little overwhelming at first and there is a steep learning curve because of that.
