SmartFile vs BestFile: Which is a better fit?

Works great for those with little server experience to those who are avid users of FTP software. Personalization is great.

It has been a terrible experience of having to upload files over and over to get one to complete without an error or disconnect.

This solution was perfect for our needs. We used this almost like an extranet and way for sharing sensitive documents with customers.

The automation of our file upload to the site is hit or miss.

Overall its a good cost effective package to solve secure file transfer needs.

Customer service is poor, tickets were often closed without the questions within being answered.

We like the flexibility of Smart File, where we can set up branded portals for our clients, and provide them with links and passwords for secure access.

It's a bit hard to understand the Automation rules and manage the notifications each user receives.

It is a well managed and organized software for great performance. I have enjoyed a user friendly dashboard which is flexible and very versatile tool.

Because if it is, and it can be decrypted by a public link, then they have access to the keys. Your Privacy Policy and ToS are as generic and bad as they can possibly be.

It has amazing storage capacity and what I like most about it that I am able to share my file with anyone with ease.

The API documentation page frequently fails on the majority of browsers, so it should be divided into multiple pages.

I have only good things right now for this as its a great option for users to share and store files on cloud for free.
