CiiRUS vs Inn Style: Which is a better fit?

We love that our reservations are in one place and we are able to manage them. We also love the communication with the cleaners and the ease of knowing when the property is cleaned and ready to go.

NOTHING works correctly on the software and support calls go unanswered. This has been the worst experience - double bookings, software does not work correctly, support is horrible.

World class software, easy to learn and use, very training including endless videos, very good distribution, very good automations, very good reporting and accounting.

Failed Implementation - Know what you are buying.

Ciirus support team is not only good, they are one of the best support team I have ever worked with. I feel comfortable to count on their team, and confident that I will complete my task on time.

Lack of performance, lack of delivery. They are not dedicated to get the job done.

They clearly care and remain approachable as they grow year on year. All the staff seem committed and passionate in working toward more innovative and better software.

Some features don't work on mobile and others disappear and you have to go find them. Everything including their notifications to you come through email.

I pointed out a few obvious flaws, like wrongly titled links and confusing use of English and they took no notice.

It is just so fantastic, i love using the system as it looks really good. The customer service is amazing just simply the best nothing is ever to much trouble.

Things start to become somewhat disjointed and you can only truly get to grips with the system once you start using it properly. So here is my list of what I found rather problematic.

I love that Innstyle brings all my bookings from a variety of sources into one calendar. It is so easy to use and the team are really responsive and helpful at all times.

The reporting is very very basic and there is no simple way to calculate individual room type occupancy figures or year on year or where most of the visitors are coming from geographically.

Ease of use, intuitive, fast, loads of utility and constantly being improved. Help us always at hand and is fast, friendly and expertly given.

There is no real CRM system behind the scenes, you can't "e-mail" anyone from within the system only to send them a confirmation email.
