Hoxhunt vs MetaCompliance: Which is a better fit?

I like the general feel of the product, the mini game interface, and that is very fun to use. Also it gives me positive feel for the rest of the day.

They really trick you to click, and after you feel dumb because it was so avious that it was fake.

Another great thing is the whole thing is designed like a game where you can see your and your colleagues performances, and even earn fun tokens.

I've noticed that some of my colleagues do not realize that. Maybe this is a communication problem inside the company too.

Love the gamification of the platform. Leaderboards and levels make it fun to train everything cybersecurity.

Does not tell you the emails you missed sadly and that would be useful.

Reporting phishing and participating in training is straightforward with the interactive and engaging dashboard. I can monitor my progress easily and feel motivated to improve.

No con to think of - except marking legit emails as fraud when they are not.

The quality of the course content and the ease of use of the platform. The customer support has been excellent.

Seems to be a missed trick. Automated reminders should be possible to an individual's manager, not just the targetted individual.

Easy to set up, great customer service and account management, ability to use own Policies and upload content, Phishing element is great, lots of content available.

Although there is now the functionality to notify users of passing or failing survey, there is no (easy to use) resit option.

The tool itself is easy to use, always up to date with current themes, and the support is fantastic for any questions or ideas, and ways to help improve efficiency with the product.

AD sync always seems to be cuasing problems resulting in account issues, policies not being targetted at new users etc.

Great company that has been very willing to engage with us and strives for excellent customer service. The product is flexible and simple to manage via the browser based interface.

No major downsides to the software. It can take a bit of time to understand how to issue a policy for the first time but after doing it once or twice it becomes very straightforward.
