Timeular is the easiest way to track your time. It's the perfect solution for software houses, design & marketing agencies, architect's firms, lawyer's practices, and freelancers.
TIMEDOCK was the perfect solution for us because it is very affordable and was easily molded to our needs in a short amount of time. TIMEDOCK has the best customer support.
Lack of automatic reporting is a pain. The worst problem right now is that I cannot give web-view access to office personnel who need to be able to run reports without being allowed to make changes.
Amazing support from Le-roy and user friendly software helps administration of Time sheets etc.
There have been a few times logs were missing, due to a connection issue. For the most part time dock does what we need it to do.
Timedock has been awesome from the start and only gets better by the week.
You know clock machine and clock cards and then there is power failures and load shedding. Meaning your employees can not put their exact time for starting and ending work.
I loved the ease of set up. It was very user friendly and quick to set up.
The biggest downfall with Timedock is its reporting tools - they are too limited.
Luckily, even when they do that, it is easy to correct the time. For anyone who wants to know how much time the spend on what, this is a great tool.
Because of the constant un-pairing I can't use the software for billing purposes. I get a low battery warning regardless of how many new batteries I put in.
Overall, I am very happy with my choice and would recommend this software to anyone looking for a reliable time-tracking solution.
The button is not actually a button, but a piece of rubber stuck inside the plastic hole. Under it, one can see a charging port and a tiny button on a circuit board.
The software is incredibly user-friendly and beautifully designed. It really helps me track time more efficiently and with a greater level of ease.
The import/export option is quite difficult to handle. The setup of different tasks, the analytical options seem to be a bit to rough.
Both the device and software are super easy to use. I like the clean interface and found it very reliable when tracking.
I was trying to solve the problem of under-billing clients, so that they would get a specific detailed log what and when I was doing something for them.
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Dionne. I'm the owner, and I would give Timeular a four out of five stars. For more reviews, click below. Before Timeular, I tried to track my time on spreadsheets, but it wasn't working for me because I had to go back in and change what I was doing instead of just flipping the Timeular. I like Timeular because it's visual. Whatever activity is on top reminds me that what I'm supposed to be doing, and if I'm not doing that, I need to change to a different side. Getting Timeular set up was really easy, but I had some trouble with connecting my phone so that whenever I flipped the Timeular device, that it would continue to track. And I did do some troubleshooting with the Timeular people and they gave me some suggestions about how to improve the connectivity of that. And I tried some of those things, and some of the time it worked. But what really helped is when I got an upgraded phone and then it worked really good. I haven't had any trouble since I've upgraded my phone, so I think that might have been part of the problem. If you're considering getting Timeular, I think that you should make a list of the different activities that you do and think about how you could separate those into eight categories so that you can track them most effectively. After you try it out for a week with those categories, you can see how you're actually spending your time and see if that will be beneficial to you.
