TIMEDOCK vs TimeTrakGO: Which is a better fit?

TIMEDOCK was the perfect solution for us because it is very affordable and was easily molded to our needs in a short amount of time. TIMEDOCK has the best customer support.

Lack of automatic reporting is a pain. The worst problem right now is that I cannot give web-view access to office personnel who need to be able to run reports without being allowed to make changes.

Amazing support from Le-roy and user friendly software helps administration of Time sheets etc.

There have been a few times logs were missing, due to a connection issue. For the most part time dock does what we need it to do.

Timedock has been awesome from the start and only gets better by the week.

You know clock machine and clock cards and then there is power failures and load shedding. Meaning your employees can not put their exact time for starting and ending work.

There has been some confusion about how to clock out for lunch. It was easily explained though and we aren't having any more problems with it.

It is great if you need a clock-in/out on one device or allow employees to do it on personal devices. It works great for tracking time, scheduling holidays, and using reports for payroll.

The only thing that has been a little negative is they said employees would be able to see time off remaining, after purchase we found out only if have more expensive plan.

We can see exactly where someone clocks in. In the event of a missed punch, employee lets me know and I can instantly update.
