The low send volumes for email newsletters, coupled with the high cost and poor email builder (white-labeled SendGrid) are extremely annoying.

It's drag and drop functionality is also its weakness as it limits users' ability to design the emailers and website they way they need it to be.

There are a lot of glitches and when one thing gets implemented something gets messed up or stops working.
