Our rep is very easy to speak with, understandable in translation from his experience to a novice, and is patient. Their positive behavior is helping our company find the solutions to it's needs.
Reporting could use enhancements. It was difficult for management to view their data, just because some of the terminology was confusing.
Having used other LMS's we appreciated the overall flexibility of the system and ease of use. While support was rarely needed they were very responsive.
Unfortunately, that is about where the benefits stop. Shareknowledge as a learning management system is a poor design.
Overall, I would recommend this system to other organizations, but I also would recommend really doing research to find what system is going to work best for your end goal as an organization.
Some of the reports are hard to navigate if you're looking for very specific information, but overall you can almost always manipulate the report to receive what you're looking for.
It is relatively easy to administrate, capable of publishing eLearnings, reporting, blended learning and the user interface is fantastic.
The fact that it sits on SharePoint can make it difficult for certain users.
We were happy with how quick you can create course content and reliably share with a big number of participants without a glitch. Overall very competitive in it's class from what we have used.
The missing features are integrated gamification scenarios that we could offer to more young audience.
The support staff are responsive and Andrea, the Customer Success Director, has kept in contact throughout all stages of implementation to ensure a successful company launch.
I don't see any problems that weren't easily solved on the platform.
Nice ergonomics, playful and easy to use for learners and administrators, always improving and good customer service.
Going through all this the instructional designers were in high demand so we had to improvise.
The 360Learning team has been great to work with, and very helpful throughout the implementation process. They provide various channels to obtain support, on top of the already intuitive features.
The addition of quizzes or exercises can sometimes be limited depending on our needs.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
