Arlo for Training Providers vs Chamilo: Which is a better fit?

I found it easy to insert text and photos onto my website which was fantastic. A very important plus was that the help desk responded quickly when I needed to ask a question.

Their caching mechanism failed to load the widget on our page upon 1st view (had to refresh or go the page again for it to display), so likely lost 10-20% of visitor confused by blank page content.

I like how easy it is to use and all the features are well suited for our needs. It really helps when you can set up a course in 5 minutes, especially if you have 250 a year.

We are now 18 months in and will be switching away from this horrible decision as soon as possible.

Great reporting, very reliable, customer service and the team at Arlo are always looking forward. There are constant updates to improve an already amazing system.

Inability to attach manually sent and received Outlook emails to the contact record. However I hear they're working on it.

Our office loves it and our presenters enjoy the ability to see what their courses look like leading up to the event date.

Sometimes putting up multiple events can cause problems. However, is there is a problem Arlo are really quick to help out.

It has a platform that is easy to use, quick to learn, very stable for projects with a large number of users, and surrounded by a network of very competent official service providers.

It is often not that simple for students to navigate. No synchronous collaboration possible.

The best thing of Chamilo is its usability. The great majority of our users require little or no support in setting their online courses and start using them.

I think about difficult is to use Chamilo fóruns, because bugs on design, for exemple.

The platform is really amazing. Easy to use and accesible through mobile devices.

Some more advanced features are difficult to use.
