The best and what I like most about Spendwise is that it keeps tracks of orders you may want and if you can afford them it helps you with budgeting or will just reject what you can't afford.

This is the only thing that's not correctable. And in learning and making mistakes, I've had this nightmare more than once.

It has been a great too for tracking the cost of products and services purchased for projects. I have utilized it extensively for some time now and am happy with it's performance as an end user.

Sometimes when there is a software update, it becomes challenging to navigate through the new changes. With a lack of manuals or training, the updates can take time getting used to.

It so easy to use and all features are so functional. The most i like here is it can handle my accounting activities and also good in making solution because of all is so tranparency.

Inability to run reports on income and invoices.

We are very happy with this solution for the price. We did not need a real robust solution.

Sometimes I get confused about how to work with some functions. It takes a while until you learn everything.

Creating requisitions and purchase orders are intuitive and easy to explain to new users. I have trained many people in Bellwether and find that the help center is great for them and a wonderful tool.

There are some glitches to the lookup features and there needs to be a better way to remove incorrect or bad records.

It's great for any size business and I highly recommend it. Support and setup are a breeze and support staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.

Time realization when you are going from no system to utilizing a system...education and ongoing addition time required to make it work. Computer adverse staff will resist.

He was right, the other company is a perfect fit and well within our budget. I really appreciated the candor and wonderful recommendation I received from this company.

I can't see requisitions by other users which sometimes makes it hard to see if something I need to order has already been requested by someone else.

Easy to navigate, setup was very easy, generating reports was easy, and super quick response from the help desk support.

The custom bridge we needed worked properly with just a slight bit of tweaking up front. I feel one negative was the length of time it took to develop a punchout for one of our large vendors.
