Customer service teams from more than 25,000 global organizations, including Atlassian, Amazon and Microsoft, rely on Intercom to deliver efficient and personal customer experiences at scale.

Enjoy the integration with Help Articles, the ability to send targeted campaigns based on app engagement. Love that they offer special pricing for Startups.
There is no API call to "archive the segment" despite it was proposed few years ago. Intercoms offers one of the worst client libraries on the whole github and they reject PR's.
Integration is super easy and the documentation is easy to follow. We've been using Intercom for over 2 years now and absolutely love it.
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!! 7 days without a first response. They barely have any features, and if they do - they expect you to pay thousands of dollars to get them.
We also use their survey feature and like that it's easy for our customers to answer. Their chat feature is good and we like the automation that you can program to triage customer issues.
Also, a lot of Add block tools catch Intercom as an ad and blocks it - thus creating inconvenience for end users having to choose between.
This is an awesome chat tool, we use it for chatting with our clients. The reporting is great & the canned responses are so useful.
Customer service is terrible and they just don't give two hoots about their customers. Constantly introducing new features but not actually fixing the main feature that someone would need.
It's a solid product built by a solid team. They do everything they can to ensure their platform is not only robust but stable for users.
Here is my problem with this company ...I canceled my contract exactly 30 days to the day I first signed up.
Great customisation possibilities. Very pleasant overall and can definitely recommend to everybody.
Typeform has not enough customization and the quiz mechanic doesn't fit quite well with different page layout and thrive quiz builder, is complicated, and has some major problems with mobile layout.
I like how creative you can get with it. I like how simple the element builder is. I like how easy it is to export data, clear the results, and how you can build a quiz pretty quickly.
The color picker wheel to select text color change was also broken. I mean, c'mon, basic features of what their core tool set should be about.
Its easy to use and I love the the ability to customize and integrate with Mailchimp.
Is quite a shame Brandquiz left this very important feature out and this can be a tilting point to bring in more potential users for them.
Rilwan B.: Hi. My name is Rilwan. I'm the product designer, co-founder for Aetiv Media Limited. On a scale of one to five, I would give Intercom a five. Thank you. Before we started using Intercom, we used LiveChat for a couple of months, but it's not like we really had an issue with it. It was just that Intercom was the perfect fit for us. I had a conversation with another founder friend of mine. I was just talking about the chatting and the SMS functionalities, just trying to increase customer relations in the business, and they mentioned something about they've been using Intercom in their startup and it's been really impressive. So, it wasn't like we really had anything against LiveChat. It was just the fact that Intercom was more of the perfect fit for us. Thanks. With Intercom, it was just easier for us to actually integrate it into the business. We run a media startup company, so basically, content creators create contents and put that behind a paywall. And we've got people from different parts of the world using our platform with different time differences as well, so it was just easier with Intercom; the language functionalities, the backup, the ease to set up as well. These were all the major selling points, why we decided to switch to Intercom, and that's what we've been using ever since. Thanks. Yeah, with Intercom, setting it up was actually very easy. We've got softwares in the company that when we need to set it up, that would always be for the people in the programming departments to set that up. If it's the marketing section, probably the marketing people set it up. But for Intercom, it was easier to set up. I did the setting up myself, so that was really straightforward. It was easy to set up and it was easy to integrate into the business as well. Thanks. Like I mentioned earlier, with the fact that we were using LiveChat, it's always about finding the perfect fit for your business, if Intercom is the perfect fit for your business. It's been for us for the past over two, three years now. It's always about what's the perfect fit for your business, what are your business needs, and what platform actually does everything for you. It's great to be pointless, having two platforms that actually does something similar to each other. You might as well just go for one that does everything. That would, of course, save time, and that would reduce costs as well. So, my advice would be if what you need is what Intercom provides, they would be the perfect option to actually go for. Thanks.
Taryn: Hi, I'm Taryn. I am a trauma healing coach for women. I give Involve.Me a four star rating. For more reviews like this, click below. Before finding Involve.Me, I was using Survey Monkey for a variety of purposes and my company, and it was way too robust to be a lead magnet survey tool. And so I looked into some other pieces or some other platforms like HubSpot and Wufoo and Typeform, and they just weren't meeting the needs for customization. I chose Involve.Me to be my survey lead magnet tool and platform because first, I could try before I bought it. So I was able to begin bringing in leads before I ever had to enter credit card information. And what drew me in was they had so many options for embedding. So I have in my tool, embedded on my website in probably four different types of ways, and I wanted to create pretty complex outcome features. And so I was able to do that with Involve.Me by mapping all of my different surveys in different ways. In addition to the embedding and popup features, I also found their analytics incredibly easy to use, which was not my experience with other platforms. So those were the top reasons why I chose it. But trying it for free really allowed me to see what the tool was capable of before I had to commit. When I first started using the tool, I found their templates really helpful because I wasn't quite ready to make it my own with branding. So I picked one of their templates, started building in all the pieces that I wanted, and really got the features and the settings the way that I wanted them. But once all of those went smoothly and I was able to watch a ton of their helpful videos online that they had created, then I could customize my surveys whatever way I wanted them to be. And so now they are fully branded. All the settings are the way that I need them for the purposes of my business, and I've been able to slowly build up on the features that I was using. But to get started, it was incredibly easy to just poke around and their forums were really helpful. In addition, their support, I have reached out to multiple times and their quick with it, and they give you easy tips right away. If you're thinking about trying Involve.Me as a lead magnet or for your survey purposes, my recommendation is just try it. It's risk free. You can build up on or choose to purchase higher plans if you have those needs, but just try it. Poke around, use the templates and know that it integrates with your business seamlessly. So I have integrated it with what I use as my email platform, and the answers allow me to send really customized emails based on people's responses. So know that as you get comfortable with the tool, there's a lot more capability as you level up in your plans and integrations are where I would say Involve.Me, really stood the test and it had exactly what I wanted it with these seamless integrations.
