Great access to reports, reports provide a comprehensive receipt of calls made. I love the fact that I can create caller groups to organize my contact list better, (super nice).
The only thing I dislike is the functionality of the app.

We use Dial My Calls to make emergency announcements of cancellations (these happen a lot when you live in Maine). And, now that we're used to it, regular reminders and announcements.

The phone ap is difficult to use on the road. This can be overcome by planning when a laptop is available to set everything up except the message.

It's also a bit confusing to navigate. I'm not above learning to use a complex system, it's just that there are some strange things.
The user interface improve a lot for the last released and improve the order of the items. I'd like to see improves in the documentation for developers in the java JDK.
In some cases the documentation is wrong about JDK.
