The pricing is pretty fair and we recommend it as a worthy substitute to more expensive solutions such as Marin, Wordstream, Kenshoo, etc.
My only complaint with the software is the billing in USD - being in Canada, our dollar is awful.
Ease of use compared to other larger platforms like Kenshoo or Marin. The support team is incredible and the founder knows PPC inside and out and is happy to share his knowledge.

We use ReportGarden for all of our marketing reports, so anytime a client ... We have our monthly reporting calls. We use that ReportGarden to show all our stats and all our campaign performances at least once a month. What I like about ReportGarden, it's very easy to set up as far as getting all of our different mediums to go into the actual UI for ReportGarden. It's very easy to use. I do recommend it for a small to medium size agency. While there are things I do enjoy about ReportGarden, I think if you're trying to go from a medium to large agency, it's not the strongest fit because it's very limited in all the different details that it can actually show you. Not only that, when it comes time to actually use ReportGarden, it is kind of slow just to show up all the data every now and then, and so that's just one thing I would caution anybody who's looking at getting it. So if you are a small to medium-sized marketing agency, it's perfect for you, but if you're trying to go to much a larger scale and try to scale it up, then it may not be the best fit for you.
