The most important feature for us is how reliable the software has been. Protean has been really solid for us with zero downtime in almost 6 years.
I find this silly as the work around takes longer then just inputting into a spreadsheet or any other kind of software you have before you use Joblogic. Very disappointing and no part refund or help.

Sales team really needed to be more aware of product and that would have cut implementation time drastically.
We have been using Spira for 10 years, it continues to improve. The main feature we use it for is field invoicing which Spira does a great job.
Another issues is when copying tickets the items do not always stay in the same order which defeats the whole purpose of copying a ticket in the first place.
I like the ease of use from administration to field off line capabilities.
