Pros Cheap than many softwares, its hosted on strong servers so that us always online and fast to load, makes it easy to store and retrieve information when needed, good for large property managers and owners because it has ability to manage big data. Cons Poorly developed and not attractive to new clients, their customer support service is poor, has many processes before data is processed thus requires some skills to use. Its generally not much far from manual work for small apartment owners.
