IDEXX Neo vs Hippo Manager: Which is a better fit?

We like the ease of use to create a client/patient and schedule appointments. The new feature allowing us to see cancelled or deleted appointments has been a wonderful addition as well.

Multiple windows to click through (lost time/efficiency). Weak customer service (always say they are considering updating "whatever issue you have.

I have been using Idexx Neo since it first became available in the United States. I have loved the easy use and the ease of access to customer support.

No user timed logout and no option to login with pin to switch users once the practice is logged in.

I like that it can be accessed completely online and they help icon is usually really helpful. As a new clinic with no one that has ever use this software, it was very easy to figure out.

No whiteboard built in, editing of estimates/invoices, overwriting when other users are in the record.

It's perpetually updated for no extra cost and it's very inexpensive. Those are great but their customer service is really excellent.

The time involved from checking clients in to check out is almost double what we had with an older outdated system. Hard to believe this is "the future.

This is an awesome ground floor vet software, and they work hard to update it to what is needed constantly. The price e is PERFECT, and the Cloud capability makes them even better.

Unfortunately since the calendar integration issue was not able to be corrected, we were forced to abandon the program.

I like that is very appealing to eyes, i like the icons for all the different options, very easy to train staff on, i like that they give you online video tutorials to learn how to use the software.

No way to delete the pre-exisiting 'wrong' files.

I like the ability to get into the system from anywhere. It makes my ability as a receptionist to help clients even when we are closed.

The process to find the client info within the patient info is a process, as is adding new patients to said client. Communicating with the client with anything other than a phone call is frustrating.

We love how easy it is to use and customize. The tech support has been awesome and fast.

Not being able to add medications after the cart is signed, Not able to toggle between pages, errors in addition invoice totals and total due on account don't always match.
