Nick: Hi, my name is Nick. I'm an insurance agency owner. I give Ricochet360 five stars, go ahead and click below. Prior to using Ricochet360, we're always bouncing around trying to find the right CRM and adding different pieces of technology towards tech stack. In a Facebook group that I have for other insurance agents, one of them recommended that we tried looking at Ricochet360. We went ahead, we did a demo and we found that Ricochet360 really filled the needs of what we were looking to do in terms of the marketing campaigns that we wanted to run. It's all encompassing, it was able to automate a lot of our tasks and the service people that we have working for us really enjoy using it. We chose Ricochet360 for one specific reason. In the insurance industry, it's all about lead generation and we wanted to run a specific marketing campaign using a dialer system that would be efficient all encompassing into one ecosystem and Ricochet360 really filled that need for us. Ricochet was very easy in terms of the onboarding process. Their team was very, very specific in terms of what we needed in order to begin with the onboarding process. So I was the point of contact with getting everybody set up. It was very easy, very streamlined. They walked us through the process. If we had any questions, they always made sure to answer our questions for us. However, there's a little bit of a learning curve and that goes to say for almost any piece of new software, Ricochet is very robust. There's a lot of features that you can utilize with the platform. So you need to keep using it. And the more you keep using it, the more you familiarize yourself with all the features, you'll learn to love it as much as we have. What I recommend before anyone signs up, not just with Ricochet, but any softwares, schedule a demo. It's really important. I know for us, when we scheduled a demo, I was able to pilot the software. We were very specific with what we wanted to do with our marketing campaigns. And I really wanted to see how the dialer system would work. So the representative, he walked us through exactly how that process works. As a visual guy, it really helped me understand what it is that we're signing up for. So definitely stress the demo. And the second part is join a Facebook group for Ricochet360 members. This will give you a chance to ask questions that you may never have thought of. You also will have the ability to find out a little bit about the cons of the system too. What people don't like about it, no system is ever perfect. However, it's important to hear both sides of things. So definitely I would recommend a demo and the Facebook group, and you'll be able to make an educated decision moving forward.

Haley: I'm Haley, I'm a new home specialist for a residential builder. I give PhoneBurner five out of five. And click below for more reviews like this. PhoneBurner basically lets you dial numbers very quickly. And so before using PhoneBurner I was just kind of doing it manually, which was inefficient especially when calling from large specialized lists. In my role, we will, I'm in residential home building, so when we roll out new communities of homes I have an interest list that's very long accumulated over a long period of time. And so dialing from that list manually was just very inefficient. PhoneBurner allowed me to save a ton of time, especially for stuff like that. PhoneBurner was recommended to me by a consultant that we work with, along with a couple other people in the industry. It has saved me a ton of time. I love that I can create specialized voicemails to leave for people. Along with, it'll send out an email to people who I'm calling. So it's just really solved the problem that I had before. And I haven't ever felt the need to look into anything other than PhoneBurner. From what I remember, if it was hard I would remember more. But I believe it was relatively easy. I know that they did an onboarding session with me, the people at PhoneBurner. There's been a couple things here and there that I've had questions about and I've just kind of hopped on, I don't know if it chat or phone call, and they've helped me kind of with any other additional onboarding stuff later. Just to tweak processes and things like that. I believe that they let me have a free trial. And so being able to test the software before purchasing it was really great. I would encourage anybody to try it out first because after I tried it out, I was sold.
