TicketSource vs Yapsody: Which is a better fit?

Useful reporting, quick and easy booking features and settings are easy to amend and use. Useful add ons such as wristbands and E-tickets, which is very helpful.

Faultiness of charger then completely denied by customer service, will not be using ticketsource again, is ridiculous after they made around £1300 from the event.

This is an easy to use service which supports our need to sell tickets at a variety of Venus. Ticketsource provide fantastic, responsive customer service.

We usually have the same problem but the slider bar allows us to scroll down - annoying but not a show stopper. Also could do with a mobile compatible version of the website.

The promptness after the event at getting details of our overall sales and income was superb. I cant praise Ticket source enough.

I wanted to change the time that sales could run to - couldn't find it on the evening of my event, so may have lost sales.

Always so good on the phone and taking time to help you if you have specific requirements/setting for your event. Love the overall use of the website.

As a small organisation we pay 10% extra for the service which we make the customers pay.

Yapsody is easily the most amazing ticketing solution I've come across. It's user friendly interface and awesome customer support totally blow the other ticketing systems out of the water.

It's difficult to see how many of each seat you have available. I have trouble with the reports.

Ease of use and ability to keep track of progress of all our events. The ease of printing out attendee lists.

All of the different menus can be intimidating at first.

Reliable, secure and easy to use. I've used Yapsody for 4 years and have found it reliable, secure and easy to use.

Perhaps the events that have less than 100 people attendance should be in a different income bracket and charged less fees as events with more than 100,300,500,1000 and so on.

Yapsody had a good deal for nonprofits and I then chose it. The system is easy to duplicate events and has good deals on nonprofit events.
