TicketSource vs Fienta: Which is a better fit?

Faultiness of charger then completely denied by customer service, will not be using ticketsource again, is ridiculous after they made around £1300 from the event.

This is an easy to use service which supports our need to sell tickets at a variety of Venus. Ticketsource provide fantastic, responsive customer service.

We usually have the same problem but the slider bar allows us to scroll down - annoying but not a show stopper. Also could do with a mobile compatible version of the website.

There are custom fields that you can add when a person buys a ticket but sadly they are not obligatory and the buyer can bypass the custom fields by just not entering any information.

It is hard to use in Russia cause of payments methods - russians are using different ways, which are not included in this service.

The name of the software, Fienta, is a bit hard to remember. It lacks the connotations with either "events" or "tickets.

Moreover, it is so cost effective, you can save a lot of money by using Fienta compared to some other platforms out there. The customer support is AMAZING.
