Teambook has been an effective and easy to use employee scheduling solution. I am also impressed by the reliability of Teambook.
I didn't work on financial aspect, but a colleague told it was missing some informatoins, or the extract was not powerfull enought.
What I really appreciate of Teambook is the great clarity in viewing the activities of all the team. You can switch users easily to set up projects and activities together.
Unfortunately, I don't use teambook anymore, and it miss me.
Started using Teambook as free tool, we loved it, grew the company and appreciate now its fair price.
The main weak point of the software maybe structural (in the sense that I don't know if there is a solution for that), it concerns the way it shows on mobile phones.
It does everything with simplicity and cleanliness of execution. Custom calendars for everyone are a great thing.
There was a bug with 'My Week' page, I lost comments assigned to bookings, but it was fixed in a day - so not so big of an issue.
Overall I am very pleased with the software. It was very easy to learn and the integration to my existing Outlook email and calendar was seamless.
I find the UI a bit clunky and slow, I dislike that blocks must be 30 minutes. I also dislike that nesting repeated tasks are not allowed.
Second most amazing, is the level of execution of the software. The quality is very, very high, the UI is deft, and the feature set is very well thought out.
I had trouble with the upgrade wanting to install every time I logged on. I finally just uninstalled everything and reinstalled and the problem went away.
I've been using it for few months now and very impressed with it's ability to save me time and always keep my calendar up to date with what's most important to me.
Why wait when you can do it today what you're originally scheduled to do tomorrow or weeks or months out. Unless it's a boring or unimportant task.
Automated scheduling is such a huge timesaver/stress reliever. The time maps are useful for helping me budget my time and scheduling only at the times I want to work.
There are a few hiccups here and there (no plan your day on Mac, unable to access repeating settings on iPad or iPhone, etc.) but there aren’t any major drawbacks that I’ve encountered.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
