Ease of use of the product - I especially love the dashboard. Comprehensiveness of the solution - the ability to send BAAs and other documents from the software are huge wins.
Small, insignificant, bugs that once reported are handled quickly or queued for update very soon.
Great, love how how helpful the staff is and how easy it is for staff to find policies.
Able to train employees/contractors, do risk assessments, and establish policies and procedures, keep tracks of BAA's and other legal documents.

I can't think of something that I don't like necessarily.
This software is so easy to operate, it is functional and it's worth the money, good for training employees.
I dont like that I dont know how to view who has vs who has not completed the policies.
SiteDocs team is always supportive and we can reach them and get help immediately. We are very satisfied with SiteDocs, and we highly recommend other companies to use this software.
The only downside I have found is assigning locations to employees.
Overall, this has been an amazing software to use. Customer service is second to none, and the software's ability to be customized for our needs has been worth every penny.
I don't like that i have to enter start date when i enter a new job. Basically i have to wait until i know the start date before I enter the job which is a bit inconvenient.
My overall experience has been very good. They have been consistently responsive when I have had a question or concern.
Sycning phones so I as the admin get the forms on time seems to sometimes be a problem.
The customer service has been excellent, as they have worked directly with our IT Dept and myself as an administrative user. This program has shaved multiple hours off my schedule with great accuracy.
With guys that are technically challenged it makes it a little difficult for them to learn.

We tried using other software companies, but we continued going back to hard paper due to the lack of consistency that SiteDocs can give us. The reason we chose SiteDocs was the simple usage. For all of our employees it was very simple and easy to teach. Plus, the form building is very... Getting started with SiteDocs was great. They helped to build our first sets of forms and walked us through a tremendous amount of form building, and made life a lot easier for us and my assistant. I would highly recommend SiteDocs for anyone that has any sort of company, more than 20 employees for sure, for ease of form building plus enhancements, plus double-checking guys to ensure HAEs are completed.
