We focus on accounting professionals (Accountants, Bookkeepers, CPA's, etc), although any professional service firm could benefit from Jetpack Workflow.

We use this keep our firm and team on top of task, projects and due dates. It does a great job in keeping you in shape with a nice and user-friendly interface.
The worst thing I can think of is that it's easy in some entry fields to click out without checking to accept the entry. The entry is lost and has to be rekeyed.
Awesome project management & easy to use; helps me stay on track with my clients and their various projects and deadlines. Customer service is great.
The downside is that it does not currently integrate with the software we use. But he mentioned that that is on their product roadmap.
I can't imagine running my business without it. They have a fantastic product and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
No way to turn tasks off on the calendar permanently. No way to change a template once you have entered the template and change all of them.
It makes clients feel you care about them and that you are on top of things. Jetpack helps me do that.
You cannot embed links in it for instance or create as elaborate a signature block as in regular e-mail.

The greatest benefit to Uncat is that it has saved me time as far as waiting for my clients to respond to my requests during the month end review.
My client is on the go all the time and hates working on her computer.
