There are a few issues not giving me specific information about who invoices cannot be sent to and there seems to be no log of communication.
I love the design - it’s clean, professional looking and gives students a great introduction to our organisation.
Also, there is currently no graduation certificate available (transfer certificates are), but this was not a deal breaker for me due to certificates only being produced a couple of times a year.
Each question is answered quickly, thoughtfully, and with kindness. Their technical expertise is matched by their humanity, patience and good humor.
And once everyone gets used to the fact that they can use the spreadsheet and no longer need to have the paper in their hand, it will cut down on even more time and paper waste.
Overall, my experience with schoolmint is good. We love having all of the information at our fingertips.
It gets really confusing sometimes with all the options and log ins etc.
I like the visual graphs. I like the ability to customize most everything and add all the info we want to receive from parents.
Attempting to update information has to be done per individual in the household with no option for everyone to update at the same time.
It is very user friendly. The Smart Choice team did a great job of customizing the system to fit the needs of our district.
The most difficult thing about having online paperwork is making sure everyone has access and knowledge on how to use it.
