Small to medium size businesses that require sales, marketing and service automation
Octopus CRM is used by business owners, marketers, and recruiters to automate repetitive tasks on LinkedIn, improve prospecting and save time.
The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.
I told him that I was going to start writing bad reviews about Agile while I waited for his management. Eventually, he said he initiated the refund and cancelled my subscription.
Fairly good experience in general. I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong.
Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged.
This is a fantastic program that I've established successfully with three clients so far. I've found it excellent to use with ample support documents to set up and deploy without assistance.
The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee.
It offers an intuitive interface, robust customization, advanced reporting, seamless integrations, powerful automation, mobile accessibility, and secure cloud storage.
Horrible customer service. Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract.
Best option for the could interested people, could is a new trend in the market and they have been known for this for a while, they have a good pricing option and nice interface.
First off the charged me for a yearly plan instead of a monthly plan. When I emailed them about it they refused to respond.
Octopus made my life very easy I can do 8hrs tasks within 30minutes now. Thanks, this is an amazing CRM/software and highly recommended to all colleagues and friens.
Anyone that says you cannot generate sales on LinkedIn is wrong. The reason "they" are wrong is because "they" don't have a connection, awareness, engagement, conversion system in place.
Good balance between the number of functions available and ease of their usage(There just enough functions available and they are all quite accessible for understanding).
Smetinmes I get a bit lost on managing contact when considering also e0mail and other communication means.
It is helping us to prospect faster and also with higher quality and monitoring, through the automation of the process and its better control.
There is a limit to the number of users you can pull into a single list, not sure if this is a software problem or LinkedIn.
Mike P.: My name is Mike. I'm the president of my company and I would use Agile CRM. I would give them a rating of a four. There's more reviews available down below. Before switching to Agile CRM, I've used a number of different CRM and marketing automation programs. I used a program called SendPepper. I used one called GreenRope, but switched to Agile CRM about two years ago. We chose Agile CRM because it offered a lot of different functions for the money. The program includes a CRM, a marketing automation system, and a help desk system. They're all integrated. It was a lot of things that you could do there in that one package rather than trying to integrate a whole bunch of different pieces of software together. Onboarding and implementing Agile CRM was a little tricky, I will admit, but their support is really good. It comes out of India a lot, but their technicians are top-notch and you can get to them through a chat, or through email or on the phone. They're very helpful. They walked me through everything that we needed to do. I'd say the only thing that really hung us up was getting our email service provider hooked up with Agile CRM so we could send emails under our own domain. Yes, I've actually had the opportunity to recommend Agile CRM to two of my clients. One of them has been using it for over a year now. They're very happy with it. I actually helped them to set it up because I'd already had experience in setting up the system for my own company, but they're very happy with it. I have another client who is just getting ready to implement their Agile CRM system for their company as well. I have lots of good things to say about them. Like I said, they offer a lot of capabilities for a relatively reasonable amount of money.
James R.: My name is James. I'm a digital marketing manager. I grade Octopus CRM two out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click the link below. Before I used Octopus CRM, I was just using primarily LinkedIn organically without any tools or any automation tools or things like that. I was interested in expanding my reach and doing it with less work, so looking for some automation tools. That's what led me to looking into tools like Octopus CRM. I chose Octopus CRM because I had a buddy who was using it and he spoke highly of it. He said it would be something that I could use as well if I was interested. I think I actually got a referral code from him or something like that to sign up, and it was very cheap as well when I looked at the other options, so that's why I chose Octopus CRM. Getting started on Octopus CRM was not too tricky. You connect your account obviously to LinkedIn and then begin importing things. You have to learn how the tool works, so I'll say that there's a bit of a learning curve to learning how it works. Getting started is easy, but figuring out how it actually works once you're in and set up, takes a bit of time. If you're considering Octopus CRM or a similar software, I'd say really just understand what your needs are for a software like that. Do you really need to automate certain parts of LinkedIn? One of the things that I would consider really is you have to kind of weigh the risk that you take when you automate. When you attach your LinkedIn profile to these automation tools, certain things that LinkedIn doesn't like. You have to be really careful about the tool that you pick, what level of risk you're willing to take, and how aggressive those automated actions are from that tool. That really is the main thing that you need to consider when you're looking into a tool like this.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
