ActivTrak vs JobsPikr: Which is a better fit?

Before ActivTrak, we didn't really use anything because it wasn't so big of a deal because we used to actually meet in an office every day and we could monitor people's productivity just by being there in person. And with the way the world has changed in the last couple years, it now means a lot more remote work, people are working from home. We've hired and expanded into other cities which we wouldn't have normally hired those people, but we've been able to get some extremely talented people. But we've also had to trim the fat a little bit along the way. Some of those hires didn't quite cut out and we were able to easily monitor their productivity using ActivTrak and determine that. So when they weren't delivering on their deliverables and their employment contract, it was very clear exactly how we were able to handle that and ActivTrak was a part of it. All the reasons we chose to implement ActivTrak on all of the computers that are being used remotely is so that we can monitor employees productivity. Also, to make sure that they're not burning out if we're working them too hard as well because that's another concern as well. So ActivTrak was very easy to implement, install and have on each of the machines. Very quick and easy to set up, highly recommend. Getting started with ActivTrak was super simple from going to the website, downloading it, integrating it with the system. It was very simple both for Windows and for Macintosh and so it was very easy once the profile was set up within ActivTrak to be able to put it onto the different machines that were being used. If you are unsure of whether your employees are actually stealing time from you or if you're concerned that you might be burning them out a little bit too much, as a manager tool or an owner of a company to be able to use this to make sure that people are putting their proper amount of time in and fulfilling their obligations is extremely important. It also allows us with a glance to also be able to see their computer screen. So if they're off track or doing things that are not company related during company time on company machine, that's also been very, very helpful.
