There are no CRM functions. The real downside to this is the marketing emails element- you can send emails and upload lists but you cannot export or see who is opening/clicking or unsubscribing.
I appreciate their responsiveness and passion for doing good work. Feels like we are all on the same team.
This tool is easy to use, but sometimes it is difficult to understand to operate it (I got a few complaints from my event participants) so it needs an update.
Great support team (a fantastic help from Sabrina Mastalli). Ipad interface simple and very intuitive.
Our biggest complaint would be that we had a few problems with the deliver-ability of emails getting sent to some guests' junk mail or not being received and not getting an error message on our end.
The software is very user friendly and easy to manage. Sabrina Mastalli has been a wonderful support and without her I would not have managed.
I suggest always to give a try Eventboost to who is swamped by paper checklists and wasted so much time with email, Docs, calendar, forms and other tools to organize events.
