There are no CRM functions. The real downside to this is the marketing emails element- you can send emails and upload lists but you cannot export or see who is opening/clicking or unsubscribing.

This tool is easy to use, but sometimes it is difficult to understand to operate it (I got a few complaints from my event participants) so it needs an update.

For live sessions, a Q&A panel was available in which we could submit questions to the speaker. When i submitted a question, there was a delay for the question to appear on it.
