I liked the control and customization of the call flows and the greetings. It's a must that there is an app (although below I have made improvement suggestions).
It's cheaper than what we had. On the downside, we kept getting a missed call notification every single time someone got to our phone tree and hung up.
Overall it has been good and when I have had issues customer service has been very helpful.
For the prime price that we were paying the support was terrible not to mention the service. We ended up just using this service through the computer for phone calls.
I like the portability and ease of administration. I am not locked into my office, and with their features it is comforting to know that the phone call is recorded allowing a higher level of CRM.

I tried replying to that email as it stated to do so if it was in error only to get an auto reply stating that I reached an email address in error.
It has been an excellent call system because it is very easy to use and very reliable.

So we use 8x8 to communicate with patients or with clients that need to contact us, either for issues they're having, to book appointments or anything they need, that is our main point of contact. What I like most about this software is that you can, well, it's really easy to use, it's user friendly. And also, you have the option to use it on your desktop, like downloading an app to your computer. You can also use the website without downloading the app. And you also have the option to download the app on your phone, which is really good for when you're not in the office, you don't have access to your computer, or you're on the go and you need to make any calls or get any calls. So what I like the least about this software E is that sometimes when you use the app on your phone, you're going to hear an echo so that might get pretty annoying. And something else is that support is not that good. You might be sending them an email and they won't respond, or they will take their time and respond in three to four.
