With over 2.5 million users across 100 countries, we have provided survey software to Fortune 100 companies, academic institutions, small businesses, and individual researchers for over ten years.
Organizations that need a new type of survey creation software offering anyone the ability to gather the feedback they need without being an expert.
The not for profit pricing is most helpful. Love the ease of building a survey and getting professional survey results graphed for me.
The different tiers of pricing was annoying, I got one of the basic packages and was unable to filter my results based on demographics.
Constantly improving product and outstanding and proactive customer support. Very good range of question type pro formas and capacity to modify the looks to suit individual clients and customers.
I used this to house my dissertation data and almost lost the data. This was stressful and almost added years to my dissertation.
There are many current features and functionality that are popular in the survey space. To be quite honest, the level of support you receive is amazing.
The weighting tool is broken and not calculating well. There were some reports during our campaign of a very slow loading times, which cause some respondents to stop respond to the poll in the middle.
The ability to learn how to use on my own, but still has great help sections and live chat option if I was in a bind. The free trial is great and offers the meat of what you get with a basic plan.
No real cons really, but implementing some features take a bit more time than I expected.
EXplorance is one of the easiest vendors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their support team is the best technical support team - they are always available to help with anything we need.
The software is difficult to operate because it has its own mechanic and logic.
Easy to use and customize, outstanding support services, and good value for the money.
The only downside for us is that our current needs do not allow us to use all of the features that Blue offers.
The system itself is clean and straight forward, visually pleasing to our end users, and technically secure.
The software capability is continually being updated and developed. There is great functionality of the tool that I'm still exploring and discovering after several years using the software.
Catriona: My name's Catriona. I am the managing director of BRCA in BC, and my rating of QuestionPro is a 4 out of 5. We weren't using anything heavily before QuestionPro. We're a growing organization. We did use Hushmail forms before QuestionPro briefly and found that the data analysis side of it was wholly insufficient for our needs, and so that's why we switched to QuestionPro. In part, we chose QuestionPro because they do work with nonprofits and we are a small nonprofit and they were able to provide us with the level of data management and analysis capabilities that we need as well as the level of security that we require because we work with a lot of healthcare organizations and use a lot of highly sensitive health information in our analysis and required a very high level of those requirements in the system that we used, and they were able to provide us all of that capability at a price that was affordable for a nonprofit, which for now is free at our level. The startup was one of the most challenging aspects of the process, which is part of why my rating is a 4 out of 5, not a 5 out of 5. It took quite a few meetings with the folks at QuestionPro, and I found the customer service a little inconsistent. They didn't always follow through in a timely manner on their emails to me, and it just took more meetings to get things going than I had expected it would take, and so that was probably the most challenging part of the process. Since we've been up and running with them, it's been very easy. Just give yourself lots of time to work with them and get started. The software itself is very functional and can certainly do mostly what anyone could need I would say beyond extremely sophisticated analysis. You can upgrade and get some extremely sophisticated analysis with this software. It is very flexible and I would say it's overall quite user-friendly and offers a very high level of security if that's a concern to you. So my advice is mostly just give yourself lots of time and make sure it's the right software for you. Right now we're very happy with it.
