Clearooms vs Facilities Booking: Which is a better fit?

Support team has been great assisting us in any speed bumps & finding ways to accomplish what we needed for our team. The free trial was a great way to test the platform to see if it worked for us.

Only issue is selecting the right location- it doesn't automatically select our office which I've forgotten sometimes and then accidently booked at the wrong site.

Very positive, so good to use after Covid and helps you feel reassured about safety measures in place.

It shows the car parking for another site as the default page not the desk booking for my office which can be a bit frustrating.

The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.

I don't like having to check in, I find it a bit annoying.

It's very easy to use and nice that we have an visual layout of the office to refer to. The ease of use is great.

Booking meeting rooms can be difficult, can be slow to load.

Our experience so far has been fantastic. We have been so happy to use it to serve our business.

Ok for me but some of my other colleagues face different issues. Plug-in not working and non of the trouble shoot works.

Overall experience has been great. The folks at Skynapse are helpful in resolving every issue, which our organisation has raised.

If we can restrict the time of booking , instead showing availability in the early morning.

The system was very user friendly and our users is able to search and book our meeting rooms with ease. Beside the software, their customer and after sale services was also very good.

With limited Meeting rooms they are always on demand by different teams within the organization.

Impressed to find that it can used to book and manage not only rooms but any type of facility. The web-based version is available at an affordable price point, ideal for a small business like us.
