It has been great, the team that set it up was just wonderful, they are actually just a call away. The software and the App are great to work on and the support team is just phenomenal.
Takes some time to select the features you need and to learn how to use them all. Lack of the option to block or assign the room directly from mobile app.
And good analytics which is super important for revenue management tasks. Having basic metrics as soon as you log in, on the dashboard is great.
So I felt I had to explain things again and again to different people, sometimes for training demo, another time for rates etc and then for website etc. Communication is poor for Australia.
Exceptionally positive experience, with the greatest appreciation for the amazing after sale support.
It gets stuck while switching the properties and also does not let me make new reservations.
Worth it, value for money, great sales team was so helpful & most of all great support team.
Every month they are doing monthly maintenance that time they stop the system 2 to 3 hours. I think they need to think about it or they can setup the desktop based module.
We have had a great experience. It has served our small company well and customer service has been fantastic.
The UI is really hard to read (tiny font, it's really hard to distinguish between properties on their calendar, the design is actually harder to read quickly than a spreadsheet would be).
The support team are excellent and have been helpful from the beginning. I love that the team are improving their software all the time based on what customers require.
No Android app, some problem with MLOS sync with Pricelab.
We have particularly loved the guest interface and the ease to switch over from our existing systems. We also really appreciate the help desk feature and get responses to our queries quickly.
I can really only say that the one negative is that currently you can’t view the entire month at once.
Additionally, I have been VERY impressed with the customer support. They are knowledgeable and very helpful, and they respond quickly to inquiries - and that is essential.
It's not about "cons" and what's least to like, it's about how the team deal with it. And for that, I have no negative comments.
Speaker 1: Oh, hi. My name is Harjit, and I own a hostel. We use eZee Absolute, and I give them five out of five. You can click below for more information. Now, when we started this hostel, we have 10 rooms and about 31 bed inventory. We were just using manual Excel worksheets. Very tedious. keeping track of who is coming, who is going, who has paid. It's not an easy job. And then we started looking for something more proper, like booking software. And then we talked to a few companies online and then we finally decided on eZee. It's looking good for us. It has all the features and things that we need. We're not even using, I would say, 10% of its feature, but I'm sure it's a very good software. The reason we decided on eZee is mainly not because we knew the product, because we knew the service standard. I talked to a couple of friends who are using eZee and they told about the service they're getting. And we experienced exactly the same thing anytime we had any situation. In the start, setting up or doing something that we didn't know how to do, these people are 24/7 available. Getting started with eZee, I would say it is really easy. The onboarding guide that we had, he did pretty much all the input information. They helped us with all that and the first week or so, we didn't knew what the routine was, but after a week, hardly. Every six months or so, we would call to find out a new feature, or if we need to add something or not. Other than that, I'm able to do it myself. It's really easy to get started and use it ongoing. Now that I have been using eZee for almost two years, if anyone out there looking for some sort of solution for managing their booking, the general manager or something like that, I would suggest try eZee. There are other products that you may have tried, or you may have heard recommendations for, but eZee has not let me down. And I hope they would take care of you as well.
Vee: Hey, I'm Vee, I'm a property manager with HNFC Stays. We're a short term accommodation provider in England. We have five employees, five contractors, and we rate Uplisting four. When we've had only two properties we realized we need some sort of a channel manager, because it's really hard to maintain all your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO. And Uplisting, it's very easy to implement, has a good price, and it was our first choice, to be honest. So the reason we chose Uplisting, is because a colleagues of mine who actually does, they own short term rental business suggested. So we thought, okay, we're gonna give it a try. And then as I said, it's very simple to use. Integration is very simple. The customer support is great. It's probably one of the best features of having Uplisting. They're always happy to support you there, and the whole process was very smooth. So starting with Uplisting is pretty easy. Yes, there are a few things you don't know how to do. Yet, if you reach out to a support team, a live support team, which is really important, they will get back to you within five to 15 minutes, and then they will resolve all the queries. Also, you have a big platform forum, where you're going to search the questions with very detailed step by step video how you can do it yourself. So I'd say Uplisting is more suitable for small business owners who are actually just starting out the short term management or property management business. I would say it's good for up to 15, maybe 25 properties max, because after that you probably need a more sophisticated software. Because with Uplisting, they're still an early startup and they need to implement a lot of new features that currently in the development, but it might take a while before it actually gets to your business.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
