Only issue I had was the scheduling of a 'bad review. I had it all ready to go, but it failed to submit to Airbnb for some reason.
It has been nothing short of amazing. They are super responsive, and the product has not only saved me 3-4 hours of work a week, but it’s also surprisingly fixed several challenges I had with guests.
It sometimes made conversations awkward, because when potential guests asked questions, it pretends you are really answering and ignoring their questions.
Super user friendly UI that's easy and intuitive for anyone to learn and implement into their business. The customer service is also super helpful with their responses.
I don't like that there are two dashboards. It is frustrating to click on metrics or other features and be toggled to an entirely different page where I have to login again.
I love the price of Smartbnb as it's very affordable for anyone doing short term rentals. And the support has always been quick and amazing.

Takes some time to select the features you need and to learn how to use them all. Lack of the option to block or assign the room directly from mobile app.
And good analytics which is super important for revenue management tasks. Having basic metrics as soon as you log in, on the dashboard is great.
So I felt I had to explain things again and again to different people, sometimes for training demo, another time for rates etc and then for website etc. Communication is poor for Australia.

Every month they are doing monthly maintenance that time they stop the system 2 to 3 hours. I think they need to think about it or they can setup the desktop based module.

My business was growing overnight, it literally doubled in size, and Host Tools is what I was using prior to smartbnb, which was great for messaging automation. But what I really needed as my business grew was being able to communicate cleanings, calendar invites, automation, pricing adjustments, and that's something that I was not able to do before. And that's really what I was looking for and being able to share calendars with my hosts and my owners. So what I really love about smartbnb, A, is their customer service. They're phenomenal, as I've been learning for the last month on how to use their software. Their customer service has been awesome. Some other things that I really love about smartbnb is their automation tool, so for sending automated messages to all of my guests, staying in my properties. I love the user interface. It's very easy to use, very user-friendly. I love the one-stop shop for the message platforms. I'm able to reach all of my guests just at one stop in the inbox, instead of logging into all these Airbnb accounts. I love that I'm able to assign tasks to my ops team, so my cleaners, my maintenance team. I'm able to share my account with my owners and my clients that I work with, so they're not having to bombard me with questions on availability. So it's just there are so many tools in one, and not to mention its affordability. I shopped around for about two weeks for other softwares out there. I did every trial I could. And after completing the smartbnb trial, I really realized this was the one for me, and it was just super affordable. It met my budget and I was able to do everything I wanted, which was the messaging, the calendar, the pricing, the automation, and the tasks for my ops team. So bringing smartbnb to my company was actually a pretty easy transition. I was using a different software before, which was the first software that I'd ever used because I was pretty much doing everything pretty manual. But being adjusted to their software and all the tools they offer has been pretty easy. Their customer service is really top notch, because I have had a few questions or there's been a couple of things that have been a little more complicated than I anticipated. But if I have a question about it, their customer service is on top of it. So adjusting to the new software has been great. Super easy setting everything up. Adding all my Airbnb properties to smartbnb has been a breeze and it's just been really easy to use. And I would think for anybody, I'm pretty tech savvy, but for anybody that's maybe not as tech savvy, it's very straightforward and the instructions are super clear. So for anybody else has looking for similar software like smartbnb, I would say definitely make sure you do the trial first to make sure that you like the software and the interface, that it meets all of your needs. It's definitely, there's a couple things that could be better. So like I said, make sure you try the trial, make sure it fits your needs for your properties and the size of your business. But I would definitely say for someone like me, who manages five properties with a growing business, it definitely meets my needs. It does everything I need to do and it allows me to live my life, instead of focusing on the manual tasks about running a vacation rental company.

Now, when we started this hostel, we have 10 rooms and about 31 bed inventory. We were just using manual Excel worksheets. Very tedious. keeping track of who is coming, who is going, who has paid. It's not an easy job. And then we started looking for something more proper, like booking software. And then we talked to a few companies online and then we finally decided on eZee. It's looking good for us. It has all the features and things that we need. We're not even using, I would say, 10% of its feature, but I'm sure it's a very good software. The reason we decided on eZee is mainly not because we knew the product, because we knew the service standard. I talked to a couple of friends who are using eZee and they told about the service they're getting. And we experienced exactly the same thing anytime we had any situation. In the start, setting up or doing something that we didn't know how to do, these people are 24/7 available. Getting started with eZee, I would say it is really easy. The onboarding guide that we had, he did pretty much all the input information. They helped us with all that and the first week or so, we didn't knew what the routine was, but after a week, hardly. Every six months or so, we would call to find out a new feature, or if we need to add something or not. Other than that, I'm able to do it myself. It's really easy to get started and use it ongoing. Now that I have been using eZee for almost two years, if anyone out there looking for some sort of solution for managing their booking, the general manager or something like that, I would suggest try eZee. There are other products that you may have tried, or you may have heard recommendations for, but eZee has not let me down. And I hope they would take care of you as well.
