Over the years NetSuite has been a great engine but quite clunky, but now it's being supercharged to a different level. Awesome.

Pros

The forward thinking mindset to streamline time-consuming and mundane tasks and free up time for building and strategizing. Also, enabling decision making so much easier with great insights at the click of a button

Cons

Can't think of anything . We've used NetSuite for 8 yes and we love it except that it hasn't been an attractive platform from the user interface standpoint.

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It gives me a solid, integrated platform for finance and operations, and once it’s configured, it runs smoothly and reliably day to day.

Pros

I like NetSuite because it brings finance, operations, and reporting into one \*\*cloud-based\*\* platform, so I always have real-time visibility without wrestling with silos or on‑premise systems. I also appreciate how configurable it is—dashboards, workflows, and saved searches can be tailored around the way the business actually runs, which makes processes like procure-to-pay and reporting far more automated and reliable

“It’s powerful and feature‑rich, so there’s a learning curve and it takes a bit of time to get everything configured the way we want

Been using netsuite for 5 years in 30 countries and found it has sped up many processes and enabled accounts to be produced quicker.

Pros

Easy to use and configure to cope with complex business processes. Allows entry to system from around the world saving combining data from other sources.

Cons

Not available yet in Ukrainian language. In some cases the reporting is limited and have to extract data to produce the reports required.

The way that Oracle netsuite have embraced AI to turbo charge its operation. And enable users to become more intelligent about the date they are using in less time

Cons

Difficult to say when I havent experienced another platform. However, we found partnera overseas more competitive than UK based partners

Netsuite is great for our company and with the full training I think we will be able to utilise it to the best of our ability, including live dashboards which is something our company is currently missing.

Pros

The fact that AI is being incorporated more. How easy the system is to use. I like the fact you can have 360 dashboards, something I didn’t know before and will definitely take away from today and try and incorporate into my monthly reporting

Cons

The lack of training and also reporting. We have had netsuite for approx 2 years and not had much training, so coming to these conferences does help us find out parts of the system that we could be using but didn’t know about from our account manager.

I use NetSuite every day and I like it more and more. It’s a very flexible and reliable system, you can achieve a lot with it

It can be tricky to set up correctly, it involves a lot of customisation and knowledge, but if everything is set up properly, the software deliver the result

My experience with NetSuite has been largely positive, particularly regarding its reliability and "all-in-one" approach to ERP. It provides excellent value for money for growing businesses that need to consolidate payment processing, data management, and financial reporting. While it requires an investment in training, the time-saving benefits and the reduction in manual errors make it a powerful asset for any data-driven team.

Pros

NetSuite offers an impressively comprehensive suite of tools that seamlessly integrates various business processes into a single source of truth. The depth of data management and the ability to customize dashboards for real-time visibility are significant advantages. It truly excels at automating complex workflows, which facilitates smoother operations as an organization scales.

Cons

The initial learning curve can be quite steep for new users due to the platform's extensive functionality. Additionally, while the system is highly customizable, implementing specific advanced configurations can sometimes be time-consuming and may require specialized technical expertise.

Very positive overall and prefer it to other ERPs I’ve used such as SAP. Easy to learn and to show to others.

Pros

Simple to use and easy to integrate with some other platforms. Works well for the size of the company I’m in (around 70 people.)

Cons

Some customisations are definitely required to get it to function completely for my company. Also pricing on modules complicated.

It’s forward thinking into AI and how ahead of other accounting systems they are. Client relations are great also, every time there is a bump we have the whole team such as delivery, ace, project managers etc advocating in our favour

Cons

I guess the fact that all the add ons or its majority comes with a cost. Not all solutions are available with the main package which can add up heavily
