Infoplus is designed for eCommerce Retail, Wholesale or Third Party Logistics warehouses looking for robust software to manage inventory and fulfillment.
My overall experience was very good this up. And the software is very useful and can give you all the desired information on the click of a button.
Also, too many unexpected error messages and error messages that misrepresent the actual problem. These force us to google for answers.
With hundreds of employees using Netsuite in my company, being able to save certain searches for exactly what I am looking for is extremely convenient and awesome.
They will lie and they will trick you and mislead you. One of the most unprofessional teams I have every worked with.
I like the consolidation ability for multiple subsidaries. I like the revenue recognition module.
They barely speak English—incorrect setup caused us much lost revenues and frustrated, burned-out employees. Never believe Netsuite reps who say implementation can be done in 3 months.
It was free because of non profit. I believe the owner of Oracle's wife likes tot help nonprofits so they reached out to us and we are interested.
The implementation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Ability to provide customers with high-end and reliable customer portal experience. Ability to seamlessly integrate with prospects that show interest in our company (A huge selling point).
If you make mistakes on some things you cannot delete it at all. I cant even remove inventory with wrong sku because it says Ive had a reciept on it but never did.
My overall experience is very nice in infoplus. It is a nice platform for warehouse solution from the experts.
Sometime system is hacked & trouble in inventory management.
However, they now a new, very solid, leadership team. I personally know most people on the leadership team, and they really are great to work with.
Our orders are getting "stuck" between WooCommerce and InfoPlus and not flowing in to InfoPlus whenever InfoPlus does an update or has maintenance.
Not only that, but having the system be reliable for them is an asset that cannot be overstated.
The integration we use requires updating at Infoplus, we have to push them to complete the projects. The general communications for us, without paying for the extra chat services, has been poor.
Svetlana: I'm Svetlana and I'm the executive director of an organization that has a staff of three. I would recommend NetSuite and give it a five star rating. For NetSuite we used a manual process, mostly spreadsheets, and Excel. That was very cumbersome and time-consuming. So NetSuite consolidated all of our data, keeping record tracking processes into one place and made it a lot cleaner and a lot smoother for us. NetSuite was a great option for us because they have a pro bono program and is a not-for-profit organization that appealed to us right off the bat. Being a user now for 11 years, we have found so many other reasons to continue to use NetSuite, they've been wonderful to us. Getting started with NetSuite took a little bit of a learning curve. It was definitely for someone with a background in IT or databases, but once we got going and figured out how to implement the system, continuing to use it and learn with the system, they give you all the right tools to grow and learn. So although it was a difficult learning curve, it's paid off in the end. If you're considering getting NetSuite, make sure that you have someone designated for the implementation process and map out how you plan on using the software. Have at least an idea of what types of things you're going to be using it for because it will make things smoother and easier down the road. But also don't feel like you have to know everything. The team is wonderful and they do help you along the way. So if it looks like a good fit for you, I say, go for it.
Rob C.: Hi, I'm Rob. I work at GE HealthCare, and I use Infoplus for... As a predominant WMS, I give it a four out of five. Yep. Yeah. Before Infoplus, we were using just a rudimentary ERP, and it was very manual. So we started shopping around for WMS systems, we saw Infoplus. We did a demo with it, we liked it, and so we moved forward with digitizing everything that we're doing. Yeah. We decided to go with Infoplus because the setups were quick and easy. They had a great navigation system throughout the WMS, moving forward and backward between pages. They had recently visited pages on the right, which made it fast and easy just to get to frequently visited pages very, very fast. Setting up the warehouse billing was nice and easy. They had usable charge codes. The queries were great. You could filter on them and see everything you needed to see with a click of a button. Direct carrier connections were also nice. We also utilized EasyPost as a TMS, but we could do direct carrier calls. And then the custom actions were simple to include and added a level of complexity if we needed to. Well, it was very quick and easy. They have a lot of support docs online that you can reference. The only piece that we didn't like is having support through Infoplus, most of their support interaction is through email. You aren't able to really get on the phone with anyone, so that slowed things down. But other than that, it was pretty simple integration to our systems. Recommendations. Some of the things that we were looking for in a WMS, we needed to make sure it could handle the order volumes. So just be realistic on what the volumes you're expecting to be coming in on the WMS system. Functionality, ease of setup, those are certain things that we look for within Infoplus, and we liked what we saw. We did decide to not go with Infoplus in my future company just because they couldn't handle certain volumes of order data. But other than that, I think they're great for a small to medium size company.
