Svetlana: I'm Svetlana and I'm the executive director of an organization that has a staff of three. I would recommend NetSuite and give it a five star rating. For NetSuite we used a manual process, mostly spreadsheets, and Excel. That was very cumbersome and time-consuming. So NetSuite consolidated all of our data, keeping record tracking processes into one place and made it a lot cleaner and a lot smoother for us. NetSuite was a great option for us because they have a pro bono program and is a not-for-profit organization that appealed to us right off the bat. Being a user now for 11 years, we have found so many other reasons to continue to use NetSuite, they've been wonderful to us. Getting started with NetSuite took a little bit of a learning curve. It was definitely for someone with a background in IT or databases, but once we got going and figured out how to implement the system, continuing to use it and learn with the system, they give you all the right tools to grow and learn. So although it was a difficult learning curve, it's paid off in the end. If you're considering getting NetSuite, make sure that you have someone designated for the implementation process and map out how you plan on using the software. Have at least an idea of what types of things you're going to be using it for because it will make things smoother and easier down the road. But also don't feel like you have to know everything. The team is wonderful and they do help you along the way. So if it looks like a good fit for you, I say, go for it.

Before I used TrackMySubs, I used to just use calendar reminders on my phone to remind me that subs were coming up or that I had a trial that I was using for four weeks and I wanted to possibly cancel it if I didn't like it anymore. And I missed those reminders a lot and I ended up with subs I didn't want to continue. So I was happy to find TrackMySubs. I tried a trial of TrackMySubs and I really love loved it, so I added all of my subs onto it. And I have started to recommend TrackMySubs to my clients to do a software audit to see what they're not using anymore, to see what they're paying a lot of money a month on and maybe could would replace with things that they could pay once for. I've saved thousands of dollars by using TrackMySubs. I was able to cancel my Adobe monthly subscription because I realized I had other tools that could do the same thing that weren't monthly. So I highly recommend it. And you can do reports. My accountant hubby loves the reports. And you can track also your lifetime subscriptions and it tells you how much you're saving by having those lifetime subscriptions. It was super easy to set up TrackMySubs. I just started adding my subscriptions and lifetime deals and I was able to easily set up reminders to go out to myself and to my accountant hubby. It's really great. It's user-friendly. It's just super easy to use the user interface. I highly recommend that everyone get TrackMySubs. Even if you have a few subs, you can get a free monthly subscription for just a few subs. And you can say whether you are using it for personal subscriptions, like Netflix, or for business subscriptions, like Adobe and others. I think everybody can use this. I give it five stars.
