Small business owners with 1-50 employees as well as freelancers and contractors
My overall experience was very good this up. And the software is very useful and can give you all the desired information on the click of a button.
Also, too many unexpected error messages and error messages that misrepresent the actual problem. These force us to google for answers.
With hundreds of employees using Netsuite in my company, being able to save certain searches for exactly what I am looking for is extremely convenient and awesome.
They will lie and they will trick you and mislead you. One of the most unprofessional teams I have every worked with.
I like the consolidation ability for multiple subsidaries. I like the revenue recognition module.
They barely speak English—incorrect setup caused us much lost revenues and frustrated, burned-out employees. Never believe Netsuite reps who say implementation can be done in 3 months.
It was free because of non profit. I believe the owner of Oracle's wife likes tot help nonprofits so they reached out to us and we are interested.
The implementation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I like the fact that I can mail receipts in or email them in and it's taken care of for me. They mobile app is also nice for tooling paper receipts in the go.
I finally lost it, they have no live chat which they say they do. I sent an online message, I emailed them again and called and left a message threatening them.
I really liked the concept of Shoeboxed and thought the interface was great, easy to use, and fit our needs at the time.
There are scanning errors and inconsistencies. Sometimes when I search for an amount, the invoice doesn't show up.
Customer service is always very helpful and I appreciate that you have a live chat option. I like the new feature of being able to update the types of payments.
It's not easy to keep up with all our Business receipts and the headache of scanning all our documents then storing them was a nightmare.
I like how this is an app specifically for tracking receipts. It is very easy to lose receipts if you're not careful.
I have left several messages and email. No one ever answers the phone and never return calls.
Svetlana: I'm Svetlana and I'm the executive director of an organization that has a staff of three. I would recommend NetSuite and give it a five star rating. For NetSuite we used a manual process, mostly spreadsheets, and Excel. That was very cumbersome and time-consuming. So NetSuite consolidated all of our data, keeping record tracking processes into one place and made it a lot cleaner and a lot smoother for us. NetSuite was a great option for us because they have a pro bono program and is a not-for-profit organization that appealed to us right off the bat. Being a user now for 11 years, we have found so many other reasons to continue to use NetSuite, they've been wonderful to us. Getting started with NetSuite took a little bit of a learning curve. It was definitely for someone with a background in IT or databases, but once we got going and figured out how to implement the system, continuing to use it and learn with the system, they give you all the right tools to grow and learn. So although it was a difficult learning curve, it's paid off in the end. If you're considering getting NetSuite, make sure that you have someone designated for the implementation process and map out how you plan on using the software. Have at least an idea of what types of things you're going to be using it for because it will make things smoother and easier down the road. But also don't feel like you have to know everything. The team is wonderful and they do help you along the way. So if it looks like a good fit for you, I say, go for it.
Laurie R.: Hi, I'm Laurie, a nurse practitioner, and I give Shoeboxed a score of five out of five. For more reviews, like this, click below. Before I found Shoeboxed, oh my gosh, I was literally cramming all of my receipts in my wallet, in my purse, in my car, in drawers. Then I came upon this great app, Shoeboxed. Oh my gosh, it changed my world. I can snap a pic of the receipt. I've got it. If I need it for future use or for a reference, it's right there on the Shoeboxed app. It simplified my life instantly. I was looking for something to help really organize my receipts. It comes tax time. You're looking for them. You need to make a return. You need to turn in a receipt for business. You're searching everywhere. And the Shoeboxed app really simplified that because as soon as I check out of the store, scan something, I can just scan it on my phone into the Shoeboxed app. I don't have to worry. It's there. It's safe. It's secure. And I am not having stacks of papers that I have to go through when I, again, need to turn in a receipt to work, when I need to turn in a receipt to the taxman, or anything. I'm not struggling, and I have reduced the clutter of all of these receipts that just pile up. Shoeboxed is really simple to integrate into your business. Simply download the app and really just create your account, and off you go. You could use it for different... If you have like a large office, certainly you have other employees that can use it as well. I have a small business, so for me, it's just myself. But it's applicable to different sizes of businesses. And that's also the great perk about it. Your employees are not having to worry about keeping up with receipts, sending them in to you, and then them piling up and wondering, "Did I turn that receipt in or not?" You've got a record of it. If you're thinking about ways to really organize your office, your employees, your life, I really recommend taking a look into the Shoeboxed app. It's perfect for any size of business, be it a small business or a large business. They have different options there. It just is really going to make your workday happier and make your employees happier keeping up with it that way.
