It is borderline useless. The biggest issue I have with it is that the system only goes off of an inventory order.
I love how easy it is to fine phone numbers and addresses while on the go to follow up with customers promptly.
The inability to add notes to a clients multiple jobs is a bit frustrating and the inability to use the back button to save a client search is not convenient.
These guys are great and it shows they really care about optimizing their protect for their customers.
Also the Quickbook integration is not working very well.
We have been very happy with the customer reporting that comes out of the system and know there are still a lot of features we haven't tapped into yet. Customer service has also been very good.
They are still under some development, which is taking time to get some bugs figured out. Some of the features on the app still crash.
Overall, they are great and easy to work with. Whenever we have questions, they are on top of it and they get back to us quickly.
From time to time it does have small outages which is a frustrating in the moment but they seem to be short lived and Albi usually gives users heads up when that happens.
