We had a software called Sage Construct, which was a server-based software, so it wasn't available in the cloud, only available in our office. It's cloud-based, it's quick, it was easy to implement, and it's just been a good solution for us. Yeah, very easy to implement with useful help from the installation team and very quick to almost set up ourselves with thousands of items that we've had to put on. I recommend that, yeah, it's definitely been a positive experience for us and all the data is quick, on-hand data. It's easy to use so it is been a good software for us compared to lots of softwares that I've had in the past.

We were using a Fleet Metriks before, and it didn't work for us because it didn't flow easily together. So if I wanted to look at a job, I had to go to one screen. If I wanted to find an invoice, I had to go to another screen. And that just didn't work. It was very time-consuming. We chose BigChange because everything flows nicely together. So from raising a quote to then the quote being accepted, the customer being able to see everything under the portal and the back end of the software to raising the job from the quote to adding the purchase orders from that same job and everything is just all in one neat little parcel in one place. Initially, it was a bit of a challenge if you're not too technical, but the more we use it, the better it's getting. And the more I'm finding additional functionality, I'm getting really excited, and I can't wait to carry on learning. I would recommend anybody get BigChange, especially if administration is your job. Data entry and that is so much easier on BigChange. It flows nicely. It's logical. It's easy to find. Yeah, definitely get BigChange. It'll save you loads of time.
