Indeed for employers is an easy to use, cost-effective way for companies to reach qualified applicants in more than 60 countries and 28 languages.
Not only is it an innovative system that has great reporting and functionality, but it is also great to support a local product that now has a national presence.
Response has been sporadic and very slow in the last few months. Response time is crucial to our business and this has been frustrating.
For our business, JobAdder has been superb. In terms of price, function, and support, it's simply the best.
The reality is that if your users aren't fully engaged in using the product, the reporting becomes meaningless.
I am very impressed with the User interface of this application. The report and the visual statistics are best here.
It is impossible to tell which candidates are on which job. The UI is inconsistent and there are constant updates that make the product so difficult to use.
What's great is that as a vendor, the JobAdder team offer awesome support and are constantly developing the product to suit the end users. The reporting tools are excellent also.
The Support Team respond quickly and there are lots of training videos to help. Unfortunately as we are struggling greatly with uploading applications, it is wasting us a lot of time.
Great for the candidates who are searching jobs and the platform indeed is providing that is amazing. Candidates get quick response to reach the recruiter to find out their desired jobs.
I don't like the fraudulent accounts that post as real jobs. It is happening more frequently and can be really frustrating.
Overall this website still very user friendly and you can find what job do you want easily. I hope they can provide the inside market price for certain job like what Glassdoor doing.
Indeed uses a pay per click model which means that when some clicks on your ad, it costs you money so the person who overapplies is not only wasting your time, they are wasting money.
I love the ease of communicating with potential employees through the system and that all my notes and documentation is saved.
There are a lot of fake and scam companies trying to get people's personal information. Also, there are a lot of marketing groups on here.
I did get a phone call, but it was so appreciated and super helpful. Again, no pressure but good suggestions as they are able to monitor and see actions I am not aware of.
The thing that I disliked most about using the software was the lack of being able to chat with someone quickly.
Aaron D.: Hi. I'm Aaron. I'm a managing director, and I would give JobAdder four out of five. For more reviews, click below. Previously, we used Recruit So Simple. This was a fairly basic CRM that provided simple search capabilities and record keeping, but not a great deal else. JobAdder was a real game-changer for us. It took us from what was effectively a static SQL database to a more intelligent SaaS-based solution with a much nicer UI that incorporated artificial intelligence, improved workflows, and perhaps of most use, a large selection of seamless integrations with the types of apps and software we're using on a daily basis, such as Office 365, Google Sheets, Calendly, LinkedIn, and Xero. It also gave us reporting and insight capabilities that we didn't have before. Getting started with both platforms was pretty painless. In both cases, the biggest headache we faced was data migration and setting it all up in the correct format. With JobAdder, I have to say that the process felt a lot slicker, from the initial approach from the salesperson to the demo and onto the onboarding and data migration process. We were handheld throughout and kept updated at regular intervals, and it didn't take particularly long to get up and running. The support team at JobAdder were very responsive and helpful. We were often guided towards self-help, to search through user guides or watch videos in order to find the answers that we needed. My recommendations when weighing up JobAdder would be to consider what stage your recruitment business is at and what functionality you're likely to need. My sense is that JobAdder is a great choice for more mature recruitment businesses and those who are looking for a more comprehensive CRM tool. In our case, we felt as though it was necessary to take the next step and upgrade the capabilities of our CRM to ensure we remained competitive in our industry.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Sheila, and I am the owner for two businesses in Morehead City, North Carolina. It's The Soapbox and also Brazelton's Cleaning. I would give Indeed a five-star rating. We tried several things for hiring employees. We did local social media. We run ads in local papers. We went through Employment Security Commission. Overall, the best response that we got was on Indeed. We went with Indeed because we got more applications. We got a range of employees with a lot of experience that we felt they could bring into our business. We just felt like that the audience out there gave us more choices for the jobs that we were hiring for. Indeed was extremely easy getting started. It's really a A-B-C, 1-2-3 setup kind of application. It does ask questions that would pertain to our business, and it would give us examples of the type of employee that we were looking for, and then it would match us with local applicants in our area. I think if anyone's looking for an employee, Indeed would be the first place I would recommend someone to go, mainly because you're going to get a volume of applicants to go through. Most of those applicants are looking for work, so they will respond to your requests when you contact them. Normally, they will follow up for coming in to do interviews, whereas other areas that we've tried, we just didn't get a big response.
