SilkOne Cloud Chiropractic EHR vs Bulletproof Chiro: Which is a better fit?

Getting started was excellent for me, good support and training. Very reliable and secure.

Putting in insurance collections was a bit maddening. It seemed very time consuming and inefficient.

That is a huge advantage with this software, because many softwares don't allow to fill out symptoms or medical history at home. In my humble opinion, Silkone is the best software for the price.

It's in the cloud, and therefore feels ambiguous with NO paper, and no program if you have no internet.

I have used a few other EHRs and I have been most happy with SilkOne. They have a great team, the system is cloud-based and user-friendly, and it's affordable.

It's actually difficult for me to criticize SilkOneEHR. The only thing I can think of is maybe more options in user preferences.

You don't have to install redundant drives and servers with Domain IPs, and pay for costly IT on a monthly basis. You don't have to worry about the other computers "talking" to your EHR software.

I always was embarrassed to have my notes read by any body. No system matched what I wanted.

Virtually "Bullet Proof!" he intuitive layout sequentially laid out is the best in the business and the automatic assessment feature once initially configured, which is very easy is amazing.

Several of my notes have been accidentally deleted in the past due to software error but it is rare and hasn't happened in a long time.

THe best part is it is extremely affordable with an initial purchase followed by a super affordable monthly subscription rate that includes lifetime updates/upgrades and support.

Font size is small and enlarging my display makes it difficult to use other programs. The screen jumps and is unreadable when scrolling.

Intuitive, quick, follows insurance guidelines for care, developed by a chiro and medical claims adjuster. Tech support is outstanding.

Even though you can search by name to bring up a patient it can still be difficult to find them if the patient has a common name. Another form of note creation could be made.

I have been with Bulletproof since it came out and there have been massive strides to improve it. We look forward to continuing and enjoy seeing future improvements.

Being a newer software with a smaller crew historically, it has been expectedly buggy with a user interface that is functional but not the prettiest.
