SutiHR vs Threads Culture: Which is a better fit?

Price-wise, it is affordable compared to other HRIS. It also tries to improve their system as much as possible like adding "partial time off" ability to Time Off Request.

It's been 8 months of implementation, when it was promised to be very fast. We continue to struggle with implementation due to lack of training.

It is a highly reliable, secure, cloud-based solution with a vendor who will work hard to support your business. I am happy to be a client of Suti for the second time around.

Admins seem to have problems with it, had to send out multiple invites.

What I like most about this software, is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate.

I am struggling to come up with a "con. I think maybe the fact that the system is SO flexible, it can be a lot to learn for the administrator.

Kirsten, as our implementation partner, has been outstanding. She is responsive, solutions-oriented, and has this incredible "can-do" attitude with every crazy request.

I really don't have anything very negative to say.

The folks at Threads are the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. I have always found them to be available to help me with an issue and solve it quickly.

If you are not working well with your colleagues the customers will know and it will impact the business as a whole.

We sprung for the in-person training and the staff really enjoyed it - got great feedback. The CEO is a great public speaker and everyone could relate to what he was preaching.

Limited options for different review types (i.e an abbreviated review as opposed to a full one). Org chart operation was cumbersome (in my opinion, but it could be my fault).

I can honestly say that their staff is wonderful - our client rep who assisted us with our implementation was great to work with. Always extremely helpful.

Since I had done all the research and made the case for the switch, I was a bit nervous as to how it all would come together.

We provided the requested data to Threads and their team took care of the setup. I can only describe my experience with Threads as "Awesome" throughout the entire process up to and including training.
